Most webinars never happen. Nobody owns the promotion.
We take that job, starting with one webinar as a pilot, so you see the full process and the registrations before you commit to anything more.
Topic
A shortlist built from problems your buyers already search for, then a signed-off title and abstract.
Page
Landing page, registration form, confirmation and reminder emails, live and tested.
Room
A target list built to your ICP, invited by email and LinkedIn under the Cabot name, so your own domain carries none of the risk.
You run the session. We run everything around it.
Included in the fee
- Topic shortlist, then a signed-off title and abstract
- Landing page, registration, reminders and a weekly registration report
- A target list built to your ICP, cleaned against your customers, scored and cut to a top 50
- Email invites and LinkedIn touches from one of your team's profiles, run by us
- A personal second touch to your top 50 from your own reps, with context we supply
- Event-day intel on top registrants, follow-up with the recording, and a results report at day 7
You bring the session
A speaker, a date, a sales contact and a webinar platform. Quick approvals, a post on your channels, one LinkedIn profile to send from, and reps ready to follow up the top 50.
Kept separate
Speaker coaching and slides. Paid media. CRM integration. Sending only from your own domain. Webinars after the pilot.
Our guarantee is not a flat number.
We set your registration target once we see your list and who is presenting, in writing, before you commit. Miss it, and you don't pay the second half.
A company with 50,000 contacts and a known speaker should expect a different room from one with 500 contacts and an internal exec presenting. A flat number would be wrong for one of them, so we show you the reasoning behind yours.
We guarantee our dates too
We agree dates for the landing page, the approved list and the first invites. If we miss one, we reduce the fee.
Why we build the service around the room
One recent campaign: a warm, webinar-sourced list converted 23 of 24 replies and every pipeline opportunity. A cold list of over 1,800 sends from the same account produced zero.
People who chose to spend an hour on your topic answer differently from people who were sent an email.
About six weeks, with your input at four points.
You approve the topic, the page, the list and the invite copy. Nothing goes out without a yes from you.
Build and fill
We agree the goal, audience, date and registration target at kickoff. Topic and page are approved in the first two weeks while we build the list, then invites go out by email and LinkedIn. You get a registration report every week, and if we are behind pace at halfway we add a second list wave.
Run and convert
Your reps get intel on the top registrants and we research live on the day. Attendees get the recording within 24 hours and no-shows a catch-up note. Warm replies reach your sales contact within one working day, and the results report lands at day 7.
Where you approve
- TopicTitle and abstract signed off before any page is built.
- PageCopy and speaker details approved before it goes live.
- ListTarget criteria and final list approved before any invite.
- InvitesEmail and LinkedIn copy approved before the first send.
What prospects have asked us

What is a managed webinar pilot?
One B2B webinar where Cabot Insights handles everything except the session itself: the topic, the landing page, the target list, email and LinkedIn invites, reminders and follow-up. It costs $3,000 fixed, and the registration target is agreed in writing before you pay. Your team presents.
How do you fill the room?
We build a target list to your ICP, enrich it, clean it against your existing customers, score it and cut a top 50. The full list gets email invites and LinkedIn touches from one of your team's profiles, run by us. A few days later your own reps contact the top 50 personally, using the context we give them.
Registrations are reported weekly. If we are behind pace at the halfway point, we add a second list wave and extra LinkedIn touches.
Do the invites come from our domain?
No. Invites go out as Cabot Insights, running the campaign on your behalf, which is normal in B2B. It also means there is no warm-up delay, so invites can launch in week one and your own domain carries none of the risk.
If you need everything sent only from your own domain, that is a separate, larger engagement with a six to eight week infrastructure warm-up, priced on its own.
How is the registration target set?
From your list size and who is presenting. We put the number in writing before you pay anything. If registrations come in under it, you don't pay the second half of the fee.
What do we need to provide?
A speaker, a date, a sales contact and a webinar platform. Prompt approvals at the four points above, a post on your own channels, one stakeholder to lend a LinkedIn profile, and reps ready to follow up the top 50 personally.
What is not included?
Running the session, speaker coaching and slide design. Paid media spend. CRM sync, which is available separately. The sales conversations after handover, which your reps take. Webinars beyond the pilot.
What does it cost, and when do we pay?
$3,000 fixed for one webinar, with no retainer attached. Half on signing, half at the event, and the second half is only due if we hit the target we agreed.
What happens after the pilot?
At day 7 you get a results report and our recommendation for the next step. You decide from there. Nothing carries on automatically.
Pick one webinar and we run it as your pilot.
A short call to confirm the topic, the audience and the date. You see the plan before you commit.
Five founding pilot slots for Q4 2026.
